Useful information

Springboard Hackney offers a pleasant and modern learning environment. Facilities available to our users include the Springboard Nursery, a common area with tables and seating, refreshment and drinks vending machines.



Accessibility
There is ramped access to the ground floor classroom and IT suites and they are fully accessible. There is parking available on site and on the street for vehicles with disabled badges and there are disabled toilet facilities on the ground floor. Unfortunately, upper floors are not yet wheelchair accessible.

Health and safety
Our aim is to provide a safe and secure learning environment. This is enforced through our health and safety and security procedures. Information regarding health and safety and emergency evacuation of the building will be given to you when your course starts.
Personal safety and personal property are the responsibility of the learner. Springboard Hackney will not accept liability for: personal injury, loss or damage to clothing, equipment or other property belonging to users.

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED ANYWHERE WITHIN THE BUILDING

Springboard Hackney aims to bring you a high standard of service. Your views on the service we provide will be requested at certain times while you are on our courses. The information you provide helps us to improve our service. Comments and complaints about our services can be expressed directly to your trainer or by completing a comments form and returning it to Reception.

 

 
 
 
Courses for under 16 year olds

Springboard Hackney offers a vocationally based alternative education project for year 10 and year 11 school learners. This programme is called the Diamond Project.
